Recognizing that the firm's reputation depends on the professional and technical capabilities of its people, and that these capabilities work together as an interdependent team, we consider staff development and training to be essential.
For this reason, we hold internal seminars to examine and discuss technical challenges encountered in day-to-day practice, as well as theoretical developments and innovations that broaden our team's knowledge and strengthen professional judgment. We also encourage our staff to attend training and professional development courses offered by reputable institutions.
